01 Website and scope
This website provides information about PolyMoney and a way to make business enquiries. It does not open financial accounts, execute payments, exchange currencies or issue cards. Eligibility, fees, processing times and obligations are determined by the applicable service agreement.
02 Enquiry information
When the form is enabled, it processes the name, company, work email, service interests, volume range and message you provide, together with the form source and language. This information supports your enquiry and our response. Do not provide passwords, credentials, identity documents, card numbers or complete bank details.
03 Delivery through Telegram
After you give consent and submit, the server sends your enquiry through a Telegram bot to the designated PolyMoney team conversation. Telegram is a third-party service; messages may be retained there and accessed by team members with access to that conversation. This website does not persistently store enquiry contents. Closing the page does not remove the message from the team conversation.
04 Necessary cookies and technical records
The contact page uses a session cookie for form verification and duplicate-submission protection. The server also temporarily stores a hashed source address and submission timestamps for abuse prevention, without message contents. Page transitions use a temporary browser session flag that contains no personal information. This version includes no advertising trackers or third-party analytics. Hosting infrastructure may generate ordinary access and error logs.
05 Questions and information requests
To enquire about, correct or request removal of a previous enquiry, email Poly@PolyMoney.com with your submission time and work email so the team can locate it. Do not send additional sensitive information for this purpose.
06 Content and third-party media
Photos and videos illustrate business contexts. They do not imply that depicted people, companies or locations are PolyMoney customers, offices or partners. Diagrams and interface illustrations are explanatory, not live transactions or activated features. External sites are responsible for their own content and information handling.
07 Website use
Do not use the site to submit spam, unlawful content or another person’s sensitive information, interfere with its operation or seek unauthorized access. Information may change as service arrangements evolve. Confirm current applicable details with our team before relying on them for a business decision.
